Join Vanika Sangtani and Helly Shah for an evening where poetry meets storytelling, weaving love, laughter, and the many shades of womanhood.
Two powerful voices come together for an evening of poetry and storytelling, where verse transforms into conversation and emotion takes shape on stage. In this edition of ‘Manch’, a series celebrating India’s most loved storytellers, Vanika Sangtani and Helly Shah share their distinct yet resonant perspectives, blending spoken word, narrative, and raw reflection.
Expect stories of love and loss, friendship and freedom, and the many facets of womanhood, told with honesty, humour, and heart. Moving effortlessly between laughter and introspection, this performance offers moments that stay long after the final line.
Vanika, known for pieces such as Uff and Tumhari Smile Bhi Na, speaks of self-love, quiet courage, and emotional healing with a candour that feels like a heartfelt conversation. Recently nominated as Cosmopolitan’s Emerging Voice of the Year, her style reminds audiences, Tu kar legi yaar.
Helly, a poet and storyteller featured at NH7 Weekender, YouTube Fan Fest, and across 15 Indian cities, brings a voice shaped by the questions of today’s youth. Featured in NDTV, Femina India, and The Hindu, she blends intimacy with insight, transforming lived experiences into stories that both reflect and resonate.
They will be accompanied by musician Tanmay, a singer-songwriter from Jaipur with a deep love for old-school ghazals. He recently released music with Sony India, now available on all major streaming platforms.
Together, their collaboration on ‘Manch’ is more than a performance – it’s a dialogue of voices, genres, and emotions unfolding live.
