• Log on to nmacc.com.
• Click on ‘Friends of NMACC’ tab on the homepage.
• Sign up on Jio ID or if you are registered Jio ID user, simply log in with your mobile number.
• Select Friends Of NMACC from the menu
• Complete the payment process to become a member

You can pay for the membership by selecting the option on the website and making your payment via a host of widely accepted payment methods.

As part of the Welcome kit, the member will receive a membership card, a personalized letter, a benefit booklet and a gift. Members who are renewing their membership will receive only the Welcome letter, a benefit booklet and an Arts Cafe Gift Voucher.

Member will get a call from the member services team well before the membership expires where the associate will guide them through the process. Member will also receive emails to renew their membership.

• Enter your registered mobile number.
• Click on Verify, an otp will be sent to your mobile number.
• Enter the OTP, after verification member details will be auto populated.
• After successful verification discount will be automatically applied.
• Incase of request of higher number of tickets than eligibility, discount will be applied, only on eligible tickets and remaining tickets will be charged at full price.
• Complete the payment to book your tickets.

Member can write to member services with the exhibition date, time and number of guests. Member services will block the slot and inform the member via email.

Member will be informed via email on all pre-sales at NMACC. Member has to click on the booking link in the email, add his registered mobile number for verification. Upon successful verification you will be able to book your preferred seat before everyone else.

Member can show the membership card/quote their registered mobile number to pre-order food & beverage at the pre-order station and collect the food from the concessions during the break.

Member needs to show his/her card to avail 20% discount at the bar on Level 2. It is limited to a maximum of 5 people including the member and can be availed any number of times.

Member can show their card to avail 10% discount at NMACC Arts Cafe on Level 3. It is limited to a maximum of 8 people, including the member. The discount can be availed any number of times.

Member can show their card to avail 10% discount at The Atrium at the Plaza. It is limited to a maximum of 8 people, including the member. The discount can be availed any number of times.

Member needs to show their card at the entrance of the Art House for preferred entry.

Member needs to write to member services 24 hours prior to the date they want to visit the ‘Fountain of Joy’. Member services will block the tickets and inform the member via email.

Member will receive a weekly newsletter on their registered email id.

Member will bear sole responsibility in case of loss, destruction or misuse of their NMACC Arts Cafe voucher. Refer to detailed terms and conditions on nmacc.com

All the benefits offered as part of the programme cater to member plus one. However, we recommend the primary usage be undertaken by members only.

The programme is governed by a set of terms & conditions. These are available to read on the ‘Friends of NMACC’ page at www.nmacc.com.

Member can choose to cancel their membership either by calling or writing to our membership services team. The membership is non-transferable and non-refundable.

Members will have to email the membership services team with a request to change the contact information along with a valid reason. The member services team will make the change and update the member about the same. Member will not be able to change his registered mobile number.

Your membership card is the fastest and easiest way to identify yourself at various touchpoints like parking, POS, etc. In case you lose the membership card, you can call or email our membership services team and request for a new card. The new card will be shipped to the member’s registered address within 3 weeks.
