‘Friends of NMACC’ is a membership programme designed to build communities connected to and by the Nita Mukesh Ambani Cultural Centre (NMACC). It offers members a wide and early window into our diverse range of events that showcase the best of India and the world, along with a sense of community and pride of association. As part of this Programme, we provide value-based, tangible benefits and money-can’t-buy experiences that members can enjoy as dedicated patrons of the NMACC.
You can become a member of ‘Friends of NMACC’ by registering and paying the membership fee on www.nmacc.com.
-Log on to nmacc.com.
-Click on ‘Friends of NMACC’ tab on the homepage.
-Sign up on Jio ID or if you are registered Jio ID user, simply log in with your mobile number.
-Select Friends Of NMACC from the menu
-Complete the payment process to become a member
-You will receive a SMS and Email confirmation. Start using your member benefits with your mobile number from there on.
The programme has been designed to cater to diverse members. The benefits are both value-based and money can’t buy experiences. Detailed benefits illustration is available on the ‘Friends of NMACC’ page on www.nmacc.com.
There is only one tier in the programme. It comes with benefits and a deeper level of engagement with the NMACC.

Membership will be valid for 12 months from the date of registration.
You can pay for the membership by selecting the option on the website and making your payment via a host of widely accepted payment methods.
As part of the welcome kit, you will receive a membership card, a personalised letter, a benefit booklet and a gift. Members who are renewing their membership will receive the welcome letter, a benefit booklet and a NMACC Arts Cafe gift voucher.
Member will get a call from the member services team well before the membership expires where the associate will guide them through the process. Member will also receive emails to renew their membership.
Benefits include 8 complimentary tickets to The Studio Theatre, The Cube and Art House; Exclusive presale access to shows; 10% discount on dining at NMACC Arts Cafe; 20% discount at The Bar at Level 2; Dedicated pre-order stations; Special guided tours of the Art House; Skip-the-Queue access to Art House exhibits, and guaranteed tickets to the Fountain of Joy.
Additional benefits on renewal include 10% discount on all The Grand Theatre shows applicable for up to 4 tickets per show (Show/s refers to one single performance/event that may span over multiple days or time slots at The Grand Theatre. Eg. The Phantom of the Opera is one show, Sachin-Jigar Live is another show), 10% discount on food & beverage at The Atrium at the Plaza located at Jio World Plaza, and ₹3000 Gift Voucher redeemable at NMACC Arts Cafe
If a member does not renew within 6 months from the date of expiry, they will be treated as a new member. This means they will not be eligible for renewal-specific benefits and will only receive the regular benefits applicable to new members.

Member can write to member services with the show/exhibition date, time and number of guests. Tickets are available on first-cum-first-serve basis and subject to availability. Member services or the box office team will share the link to the discounted payment, and after payment, member will receive their tickets

Member needs to show his/her card to avail 20% discount at the bar on Level 2. It is limited to a maximum of 5 people including the member and can be availed any number of times.

Member needs to write to member services 24 hours prior to the date they want to visit the ‘Fountain of Joy’. Member services will block the tickets and inform the member via email.

All the benefits offered as part of the programme cater to member plus one. However, we recommend the primary usage be undertaken by members only.

The programme is governed by a set of terms & conditions. These are available to read on the ‘Friends of NMACC’ page at www.nmacc.com.
Member can choose to cancel their membership either by calling or writing to our membership services team. The membership is non-transferable and non-refundable.
Member can email the membership services team with a request to change the contact information along with a valid reason. The member services team will make the change and update the member about the same. Member will not be able to change their registered mobile number.
The membership card is the fastest and easiest way for a member to identify themself at various touchpoints like parking, POS, etc. In case they lose the membership card, member can call or email our membership services team and request for a new card. The new card will be shipped to their registered address within 3 weeks.
