‘Humare Ram’ is a grand theatrical experience that is packed with extraordinary performances, dialogues, lights, music, timeless costumes, special effects and a larger-than-life spectacle.
For the first time ever, ‘Humare Ram’ brings several scenes from the epic Ramayana that have never been shown on stage before. The play begins from the perspective of Lava and Kusha after their mother Sita took final refuge in the arms of Bhumi. Angered sons pose several serious questions on Lord Rama about their mother Sita.
Through the perspective of Lord Surya, the play ‘Humare Ram’ takes the audiences on a journey of Lord Rama, Sita and their eternal love, ordeals, trials and triumphs.
Hosted at the Grand Theatre, ‘Humare Ram’ offers a larger-than-life experience that transports you into a world of grandeur and emotion. The play comes alive with a stellar cast, including renowned actors like Ashutosh Rana as Ravana, Rahull R Bhuchar as Lord Ram, and Danish Akhtar as Lord Hanuman, alongside Harleen Kaur Rekhi and Tarun Khanna in pivotal roles. The musical grandeur of the play is enhanced by songs featuring Shankar Mahadevan, Sonu Nigam, Kailash Kher, and Ashutosh Rana. The showcase is helmed by Gaurav Bhardwaj, known for his innovative storytelling and compelling stage direction.
