In ‘Sobaticha Karar’, the poetry, ghazals, and rubais of renowned lyricist Vaibhav Joshi come to life through a seamless fusion of poetry and music. Led by the evocative voice of Dattaprasad Ranade, this performance takes audiences on an emotional journey through love, longing, and self-reflection, enriched by Ninad Solapurkar’s atmospheric synth and additional vocals.
The musical landscape is further enriched by Amod Kulkarni on guitar and Milind Shevare on percussion, all under the creative direction of music director Ashish Mujumdar. Each piece is crafted to mirror the emotional depth of Joshi’s verses, inviting listeners to immerse themselves in the vivid imagery and emotions of Marathi poetry.
Produced by Rasik Sahitya and managed by Wide Wings Media, this presentation offers more than just music — it’s a moving experience that merges literary elegance with musical expression.
