Growing up in a patriarchal household, Prashasti Singh had one clear ambition – to claim the patriarch’s seat herself. Now inching toward 40 (while confidently passing for 30), she can finally declare the mission accomplished. But with the milestone comes an unsettling question: was the climb worth it?
In her new stand-up show, Prashasti turns the lens on her own life choices, deftly assigning blame to the men and women who shaped her. Known for her sharp wit and unflinching honesty, she has appeared in Netflix’s ‘Ladies Up’ and ‘Comedy Premium League’ and Amazon Prime’s ‘Comicstaan’, delivering a set that’s equal parts candid introspection and wickedly funny confession.
