A captivating symphony of nostalgia and rhythm unfolds as this all-women ensemble reimagines Hindi and Marathi melodies, infusing every note with depth and emotion.
Prepare to be mesmerised by a performance that goes beyond music, creating an atmosphere where nostalgia, rhythm, and soul converge. At the heart of the evening is Nihira Joshi Deshpande, a celebrated singer, composer, and performer whose journey began with a strong classical foundation and flourished through her acclaimed appearances on television music reality shows. Her ability to seamlessly blend classical depth with contemporary finesse has earned her many accolades, including the CLEF Music Award 2023 for her independent album ‘Trishna’.
Joining her on stage is a powerhouse ensemble, featuring Shruti Bhave on violin, Darshana Jog on keys and vocal arrangement, Pooja Majumder on bass, and Sapna on percussion. Together, they reimagine old classics, ghazals, Bollywood music, and originals with heartfelt arrangements, fusing tradition with innovation to create an enchanting soundscape.
