What began as the comedy special ‘Obsessive Comedic Disorder’ on Amazon Prime Video, led to over 2000 live shows across India and international tours in the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, Singapore, and Dubai. Sapan was also the driving force behind the laugh riot at the opening acts for Coldplay and Jay-Z at the 2015 Global Citizen Festival in India, leaving an audience of 80,000 in stitches from start to finish. Besides taking the stage himself, he has scripted for the IIFA Awards, Screen Awards, and Filmfare Awards, working with stars like Shah Rukh Khan, Ranveer Singh, Farhan Akhtar, and Ayushmann Khurrana, among others.  

Sapan made his mark on the global comedy scene, representing India at two of the world’s most prestigious comedy festivals – the Edinburgh Fringe Festival (2023) and the Melbourne International Comedy Festival (2017). His comedic prowess has also made it to Bollywood, debuting as a comedy consultant for Tiger Baby Films’ ‘Kho Gaye Hum Kahan’ and a dialogue writer for Excel Entertainment’s ‘Friday Night Plan’.
