This session will guide you through a step-by-step process that connects you to the elements of nature. It begins by grounding you with the stability of earth, followed by flowing with the adaptability of water to foster emotional fluidity. Next, the energy of fire will ignite your inner strength, while the vitality of air will bring clarity and empowerment to your breath. Finally, you will expand into the boundlessness of ether, discovering a deeper sense of spiritual connection and freedom. As you move through these elemental practices, a sense of harmony will unfold, leaving you feeling rejuvenated, centered, and aligned.
Anmol Londhe, a highly trained yoga instructor, combines his expertise in yoga with sports and therapy to create dynamic, personalised practices. With advanced certifications from Yoga Vidya Gurukul, Sivananda Ashram, and Ashtanga Yoga in Mysore, Anmol focuses on anatomy, alignment, and pushing physical and mental limits, helping each participant grow at their own pace. Aarti Londhe, a QCI-certified yoga teacher with a Master’s in Yog-Shastra, brings over 14 years of experience to her practice. An expert in traditional yoga, yoga therapy, and chakra healing, Aarti is passionate about the healing power of these techniques and the transformative effects it has on both body and mind.
