SPA – Science, Philosophy, and Art – is a workshop designed to help theatre practitioners break conventional boundaries by using interdisciplinary tools to deepen their creative insights. This three-day interactive experience invites participants to explore the fusion of these fields, expanding their ability to reflect, innovate, and create work that resonates on a profound level. 

Led by ecological researcher and writer, Mrinalinee Vanarase, the session encourages artists to critically engage with their own creative processes. By identifying both internal and external challenges, theatre-makers can develop a more introspective and socially conscious approach to their art. The workshop delves into themes such as human behaviour, existential questions, and environmental and societal issues – providing artists with a new lens through which to interpret and express their narratives.
