Experience an evening of spiritual serenity with Padmashri Anup Jalota as the legendary singer presents his eclectic repertoire of devotional songs.

Embark on a soulful journey as the master of divine melodies takes you through a rich repertoire of classic and contemporary devotional music and traditional Indian music.

Listening to bhajans in the iconic voice that has transcended generations, the audience is ushered into an atmosphere of tranquillity and emotional equilibrium. Favourites such as “Aisi lagi lagan”, “Jag mein sundar hain doi naam” and other special renditions bring a sense of nostalgia and give aficionados a chance to hum alongside the legend. While you’re at it, unveil the deeper spiritual significance of the songs as ‘Bhajan Samrat’ Anup Jalota shares his insights into their essence, weaving the evening together.

As the son of bhajan exponent Padmashri Pt. Purshottam Das Jalota, Anup Jalota’s musical journey began at the age of seven. Over a three-decade-long illustrious career, he has won hearts with over 7,200 live performances across 30 countries, including at prestigious venues such as Royal Albert Hall, Lincoln Center, Sydney Opera House, Madison Square Garden and others. Celebrated for his melodic grace and versatility, the singer has recorded more than 200 albums of bhajans, ghazals, and geets, earning him laurels like the Padma Shri, the Sangeet Natak Academy Award, the Gandharva Gaan Mani Award, and recognition from the British Parliament’s House of Commons – along with a dedicated milieu of followers across the world.
